A VoIP trunk is very much like any other telephone trunk line, the only difference being that the trunk calls are made over an internet connection rather than a traditional landline connection.

VoIP trunks run on the SIP standard and provide carrier-grade ISDN quality calls.

Unlike traditional landlines where a monthly line rental is payable, you simply pay for the number of simulataneous voice channels you require each month - it can be changed up or down as often as you like for no extra cost.

All trunks come with 10x FREE DDI numbers of the UK area code of your choice. If you require any more DDI numbers, these can be added at any time for a small monthly fee. Unlimited 0844 and 0845 numbers are supplied free of charge too, and can be added to your service at any time you wish!

Telephone call costs are much cheaper too - with most UK landline calls costing around 1p + vat per minute. All call charges are at our standard VoIP rates.
